Winnie the Pooh at the High
Hey Sparkles, Happy Family Friday. Today’s post is about me and my family going to see a Winnie the Pooh exhibit at the High Museum of Art in Atlanta.
We went with my Auntie Diane. It was really fun to see the classic Winnie the Pooh characters brought to life in the museum. The words from the ditties were on the wall in various patterns. It was like the characters jumped out of the book and into real life. There was even a paper bridge, where sticks and pinecones were running under the bridge in the water. All the children could play real-life Poohsticks. I loved learning about the history of the books and all the other versions of the classic story that have ever been made. You can buy a set of the original books here. This set includes Winnie-The-Pooh, The House at Pooh Corner, When We Were Very Young, and Now We Are Six. You can also buy the DVD Winnie the Pooh by Disney here.
After we were done exploring the amazing exhibit, we went out to eat at the OK Cafe. It was very yummy and filling. I loved going to this exhibit, and am glad to share this fun experience with all my Sparkles. Thanks for reading, Sparkles. I hope you enjoyed this post. Sparkles away!
